I have always had intense, complex and vividly colored dreams. They have sometimes been prescient. They have often been a source of counsel and advice. This series of paintings is ongoing, and I keep a journal of current dreams with sketches to help me remember. Like C. S. Jung, I believe that the whole history of human consciousness is rooted in each of us as a core element of our own individual memory, perception and dream. Consequently, I trust my own dreams as a source of imagery to tell me more than I know that I know, and to reveal truths which may be common to us all.
